The University of Texas School of Law and the Corporate Counsel Section of the State Bar of Texas this month and next will present their 29th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute.
The institute will take place in two locations: on Thursday and Friday, April 19 and 20 at the Westin Oaks Hotel, 5011 Westheimer Road, Houston, and on Thursday and Friday, May 10 and 11 at the Cityplace Conference Center, 2711 North Haskell Avenue, Dallas. Sessions will run from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the first day and from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on the second day.
Among the speakers are Ethan E. Kaufman, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP; Val D. Ricks, South Texas College of Law; Shannon B. Schmoyer, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LP, and Stephen E. Stein, Thompson & Knight LLP.
