To be presented live in two Pennsylvania locations and simulcast to many more, an unusual and humorous program devised by PBI is titled Trials! Tips, Tactics & Practical Tales. On Thursday, November 13, the event will take place at the PBI Conference Center, 5080 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, PA and simulcast to more than five other locations in the area including Pittsburgh, Wilkes-Barre and Villanova. On Friday, November 14, the program will be held at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Suite 1010 in Philadelphia. At both locations the show will begin at 8:30 a.m. and adjourn at 3:30 p.m.
Michael P. Cash is a respected Texas attorney and a shareholder in the Houston office of Winstead, PC. His timing as a presenter and instructor was honed in a prior career as a stand-up comic; now Mr. Cash brings his unusual and fast-paced presentation on trial advocacy to the benefit of attendees of this creative and dynamic program.
