It will run from 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Maggianos Little Italy in Houston. Haynes and Boone lawyers Laurence Finder and Ryan McConnell will speak about anti-bribery, specifically the FCPA and the UK Bribery Act. They will cover the similarities and differences between these acts and how counsel in multinational companies may comply with these laws.
