U.S. Income Tax And Immigration DiscussedIn San Francisco Seminar

U.S. Income Tax Implications of Inbound/Outbound Immigration is the topic of a San Francisco Bar Association brown bag luncheon scheduled for Wednesday, June 23.

It will run from noon to 1 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street in San Francisco.

Rebecca Romero-Vigil, the Law Office of Rebecca Romero-Vigil, will moderate a discussion that includes the following topics: for outbound immigration, ways to become subject to U.S. income tax; consequences of becoming a U.S. income tax resident; pre-immigration planning, and, as for outbound immigration, expatriation and U.S. citizens living abroad.
