Trends In E-Discovery Examined In Fall Seminar

On Tuesday, October 25, ALI-ABA will offer a live webcast, e-discovery in Transition: New Trends and FRCP Amendments on the Horizon.

It will run from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. EDT.

This webcast, which is part of an ongoing quarterly ALI-ABA webcast series, will provide a practical analysis on the latest key ESI case decisions. The focus of this program will be on court decisions issued since spring 2011, including recent federal and state court decisions; latest trends in ESI; the obligations of parties to the courts and their adversaries, and more. This is an interactive seminar, which gives you the opportunity to submit questions before or during the program for live discussion by faculty.
