TN Bar Seminar Will Review Technology Law Developments

The Tennessee Bar Association will present a CLE seminar titled The Law of Technology - What You Need to Know.

The program will take place on Friday, October 19 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Tennessee Bar Center in Nashville. Registration begins at 8 a.m.

The session will provide an update on topics including: YouTube: How Is YouTube Helping to Curb Piracy and Copyright Infringement?; Electronic Contracting: Lessons Learned Based on Recent Court Decisions Regarding the Validity of Online Contracts; Business Method Patents: Recent Rule Changes and Trends; Privacy and Security: Privacy, Security and Computer Ethics - It's Everyone's Responsibility, and Top Ten: Hot Topics and Developments From 2006-2007.
