Effective July 29, Dana Rosen will join TIME as Chief Legal Officer, where she will oversee all legal matters across the company as well as its relationships with outside counsel around the world.
An experienced General Counsel at several media companies, Rosen most recently served as General Counsel at ALM Media for five years and, before that, spent eight years as General Counsel at Wenner Media. Previously, she served as Associate General Counsel at Penguin Group USA and as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind and Wharton & Garrison.
