The Evolving Role Of In-House Counsel

On Monday and Tuesday, September 26 and 27, Association of Corporate Counsel and Boston University will host a seminar titled Leading Innovation & Change: The Evolving Role of In-House Counsel. The three-day class will be located at The Executive Leadership Center at Boston University School of Management, 595 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston. In this program, attendees will address the sources of economic value and the methods used to capture value; learn to identify the challenges of realigning the organizational structure in order to respond to industry changes, and the obstacles that such internal transformation may encounter; learn how to form, cultivate and manage teams;understand how business model transformation can help firms create an edge organization that maximizes innovation; and explore the structures and dynamics of negotiation, conflict, and power in organizations and the value of collaborative environments.
