The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) is offering a CLE seminar titled How to Take a Deposition.
The program will take place on Thursday, October 11 from noon to 2 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.
The session is designed to teach attorneys how to take individual and corporate depositions. Participants will receive mock deposition materials in advance, which the presenters will use to teach how to box witnesses in, how to work with documents, how to deal with privilege issues, and other aspects of taking a successful deposition.
Speakers will be Naomi Rustomjee, Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass LLP, and Michael Greenberg, Heller Ehrman LLP.
