The State Bar of Texas will shift to a West Coast venue for a CLE seminar titled Advanced Real Estate Strategies 2007.
The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, October 18 and 19 at the W Hotel, 421 West B Street, San Diego, CA. Sessions will run 7:20 a.m. to 1 p.m. on day one and from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on day two.
Discussions will focus on Real Estate Acquisitions, Commercial Development, Financing, and Leasing.
The course director is Philip D. Weller, DLA Piper US LLP. Panel moderators will include David A. Weatherbee, Carrier, Cramer & Weatherbee; John M. Nolan, Winstead P.C.; J. Cary Barton, Barton, Schneider & East, and Robert H. Bliss, attorney at law.
