Texas Bar Plans Institute On Electron Discovery, Digital Evidence

The State Bar of Texas this month will present its Electronic Discovery and Digital Evidence Institute.

The conference will take place on Wednesday, April 18 from 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. at the Hilton Houston Westchase, 9999 Westheimer, Houston. Registration begins at 8 a.m.

Speakers will examine topics such as: Expectation and Cooperation at the Start; Managing the Team: Vendor Selection and Due Diligence Project Management Processing and Review Strategies; E-Discovery Jeopardy, and Vanquishing Volume: Metadata, Search and Filtering.
