Texas Bar Association To Replay Advanced Business Law Course

The State Bar of Texas is offering a video replay of its 5th Annual Advanced Business Law Course.

The program, will take place on Thursday and Friday, December 13 and 14 at the Cityplace Conference Center, Dallas. Sessions will run from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. on day one and from 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on day two.

In this program, panelists examine topics such as: Current National Legal Opinion Issues; Hot Topics in Insurance That Every Business Lawyer Should Be Aware Of; E-Commerce/Technology Update for Business Lawyers; Evolving Rights of In-House Counsel; UCC Update: Article 9; Trends in Equity Compensation in Corporations, Partnerships and LLCs; Covenants Not to Compete After Sheshunoff; M&A Negotiation Trends and Practices, and Corporate Internal Investigations.

The course director is Elizabeth S. Miller, professor of law, Baylor University School of Law.
