The Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) will present a CLE seminar titled Hot Topics in Real Estate 2007.
The program will take place on Friday, November 16 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the BellSouth Auditorium, Commerce Street, Nashville, TN. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
Participants will be updated on recent developments affecting the real estate industry, including fraud, new legislation, and recent court decisions. Experts from around the state and country will help participants update their knowledge of the new developments in real estate law.
Among the speakers will be Coburn Dewees Berry IV, Bass, Berry & Simms PLC; R. Todd Ervin, Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry PLC, and Todd E. Panther, Tune, Entrekin & White PC.
