International law firm Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP has hired Benjamin Pique as a Tax partner in Paris to work alongside Edouard de Lamy. He will be joining the Firm at the end of this month.
After having graduated from SKEMA Business School and from Lille Catholic University, Benjamin started his career at EY in Paris and in New York, and was promoted to partner in 2018. Benjamin has solid expertise in structuring Private Equity and M&A transactions and will enhance Weil’s premier transactional tax practice.

The Weil Tax group in Paris regularly advises private equity sponsors and corporate clients in the context of mergers, acquisitions, financings and divestments; Weil Paris tax lawyers also advise clients in the context of complex restructurings, as well as during discussions and negotiations with tax authorities.
