The Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month is planning a Corporate Counsel Roundtable.
The event will take place on Thursday, April 26 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Germano's Restaurant in Cincinnati.
The session will examine practical aspects of handling subpoenas, discovery requests and court orders seeking corporate records.
The discussion moderator will be Ron Mrozek, a retired attorney from General Electric Company. Speakers will include Benno Kimmelman, a contributing author to Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts, and J. Paul Allen, corporate counsel for Contech Construction.
