Stress Management Seminar Slated In Five Ohio Locations

The Ohio State Bar Association has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Stress Management for Lawyers: How to Prevent Malpractice and Ethical Violations, as Well as Burnout, Depression and Substance Abuse, While Achieving True Professionalism in five locations across the state.

The program will take place on Monday, December 3 at the OSBA offices, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus; on Thursday, December 6 at the Holiday Inn French Quarter, Toledo; on Wednesday, December 12 at the Forum Conference Center, East Ninth and St. Clair streets, Cleveland; on Friday, December 14 at the John S. Knight Center, 77 East Mill Street, Akron, and on Tuesday, December 18 at the Receptions Conference Center North, Cincinnati. Sessions will run from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.

The seminar will outline several stress management techniques. The Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct, The Lawyer's Creed and Aspirational Ideals, and specific illustrations of ethically and professionally challenging dilemmas will be used throughout the program.

The featured speaker is Mark R. Siwik, The Vorkell Group.
