Strategies For U.S. Securities Regulation Live Seminar In NYC Groupcast To NJ

An upcoming Practising Law Institute seminar titled Global Capital Markets and the U.S. Securities Laws 2009: Strategies for the Changing Regulatory Environment has been scheduled at PLI New York Center, 810 Seventh Avenue at 53rd Street, NYC on Wednesday, May 20 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The program will be simultaneously groupcast to the NJICLE offices at One Constitution Square, New Brunswick, New Jersey.

PLI's timely program will focus on key areas such as regulatory initiativesand international competitiveness, the future of IFRS financial statements and U.S. GAAP, and practical issues presented by the movement toward global accounting standards.
