On June 5th, Stradling client Reveal Data Corporation announced that it had completed its acquisition of Mindseye Solutions, LLC. Following the closing of this acquisition, Reveal will offer a truly comprehensive e-discovery SAAS solution to its clients. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. At the same time, Reveal also announced a significant investment by Gallant Capital Partners, a Los Angeles based private equity firm and Stradling client.
