Los Angeles-based private equity firm Gallant Capital Partners has invested in Aero Turbine, an aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul service provider out of Stockton. Stradling advised Gallant Capital Partners, which made the investment in partnership with Aero Turbine’s founder and president Doug Clayton and senior vice president Dave Mattson. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
Stradling shareholder in Santa Monica Tom Waldman was the lead attorney. Other Stradling attorneys advising Gallant Capital Partners included Newport Beach shareholders Ryan Gaglio and John Cannon along with associate Arash Lessantiz. Of counsel Kristin Larson in Santa Barbara rounded out the Stradling team along with associate Shoshana Zimmerman in Santa Monica.
