With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Chan focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, REIT listings, restructuring, takeovers, initial public offerings, H share listing and general compliance matters. He has been recommended in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2019-2023 for Corporate and M&A in Hong Kong and recognized as a notable practitioner in the Equity Capital Markets area by IFLR1000.
