State Bar Of Texas To ReplayReal Estate Drafting Course

The State Bar of Texas this month has scheduled two video replays of a CLE seminar titled 18th Annual Advanced Real Estate Drafting Course.

The programs will take place on Thursday and Friday, May 3 and 4 at the Cityplace Conference Center in Dallas, and on Thursday and Friday, May 17 and 18 at the Norris Conference Center in Austin. Sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on May 3 and May 17, and from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on May 4 and May 18.

Among the topics covered in the presentations are: Mandatory Disclosures for Commercial Real Estate Conveyances; Preparation of Documents Affecting Title to Texas Real Property as Unauthorized Practice of Law; Oil & Gas Conveyance: Reservations and Expectations; Practical Implications of a Seller's Representations and Warranties in a Highly Competitive Commercial Real Estate Transaction, and Texas Uniform Planned Community Act.

The course director is Richard L. Spencer, Johnson DeLuca Kennedy and Kurisky.
