State Bar Of Texas To Present Advanced Civil Trial Course

The State Bar of Texas is planning its 20th Annual Advanced Civil Trial Course.

The program will take place Wednesday-Friday, November 7-9 at the Westin Oaks Hotel, 5011 Westheimer, Houston. Sessions run from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday.

A video replay of the program will be presented December 12-14 in San Antonio.

Course highlights will include: Legislative Update and Legislative Initiatives; Evidence and Case Law Updates; Business/Tort Litigation; Commercial Damages; Insurance Issues That Affect Civil Litigators; In-House Counsel Litigation Panel; Arbitration Procedures and Alternatives; Electronic Evidence and MetaData, and Do's and Don'ts From the Judges.
