The State Bar of Texas is planning video replays of a CLE seminar titled Electronic Discovery and Digital Evidence Institute both this month and early next.
The replays will take place on Wednesday, May 16 at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort & Spa, 9800 Hyatt Resort Drive, San Antonio, and on Wednesday, June 6 at the Norris Conference Center, 2525 West Anderson Lane, Austin. Sessions will run from 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Panelists will examine topics such as: Expectation and Cooperation at the Start; Managing the Team: Vendor Selection and Due Diligence Project Management Processing and Review Strategies; Ten Blunders That Stop EDD Cold; E-Discovery Jeopardy, and Vanquishing Volume: Metadata, Search and Filtering.
