State Bar Of Texas Plans Replay Of Administrative Law Course

The State Bar of Texas will present a video replay of its 19th Annual Advanced Administrative Law Course.

The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, December 13 and 14 at the Norris Conference Center, 2525 West Anderson Lane, Austin, TX. Sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on the first day and from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on the second day.

Among the tropics to be addressed by panelists are: Contract Management Problems and Solutions; Ethics of Agency Power: Rulemaking and Discretionary Decisions; Licensing Agencies and the Americans With Disabilities Act; Do's and Don't of Informal Settlement Conferences; Power of Governor to Order an Agency to Act; How Rulemaking Happens, and The Use of "Good Moral Character" in Consideration of Licensure.
