The State Bar of Georgia this month has scheduled its 25th Annual Business law Institute.
The event will take place on Friday and Saturday, October 20 and 21 at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, FL. Sessions will run from 8:20 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. on Friday and from 8:25 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. on Saturday.
Some of the institute's discussion topics will include: The Investment Banker's View of the M&A Marketplace; Delaware Law Update and Corporate Governance; Developments in Outsourcing, and Representing a Public Company in Crisis.
Co-chairs are Walter Jospin, Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, and Sid Nurkin, Alston & Bird LLP.
