State Bar Of Arizona To Present New E-Filing Requirements

The New E-Filing Requirements is the title of an August CLE seminar planned by the State Bar of Arizona.

The seminar will be held on Friday, August 22, at the Orange Tree Golf Resort, 10601 N. 56th Street, in Scottsdale, and it will run from 9 a.m. until 12:15 p.m.

This program should be useful for all attorneys and will explain the new e-filing requirements and how to apply e-filing to your law practice.Topics to be covered include equipment needed for e-filing and e-practice and how much it will cost, filing non-computer-generated documents, such as handwritten exhibits and photographs, securing e-filed documents from computer viruses and tampering, and significantly reducing paper in a litigation practice.

The scheduled speakers are Michael Jeanes, clerk of the court, Aaron Nash, program manager, and CJ Allen, business analyst - all of Maricopa County Superior Court.
