St. Louis ACCA Chapter PlansSeminar On Antitrust Compliance

The St. Louis Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month is offering a CLE seminar titled The Value of an Antitrust Compliance Program - How to Avoid Triple Damages, Fines, Expensive Litigation and Criminal Prosecution.

The program will take place on Thursday, October 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at Ces & Judy's, 10405 Clayton Road, St. Louis.

This seminar will include a brief primer on antitrust law, including issues of competition law in the EU, contours of an antitrust compliance program and its value to an organization.

The featured speaker will be J. Robert Sears, Lathrop & Gage L.C., who represents and counsels clients on antitrust matters and represents clients in litigated and non-litigated business-to-business disputes such as breach of contract matters, insurance disputes, regulatory matters, business torts and professional liability matters.
