Southern California ACC To DiscussManaging Legal Needs

The Southern California ACC chapter has scheduled its July multi-venue event titled Operating in a Challenging Economy - Creating Efficiencies, Process Improvements and Predictability in Commercial and Employment Litigation for Wednesday, July 15. Breakfast locations are Beverly Hills, Pasadena, and Irvine, and lunch venues are in Los Angeles, Westlake Village, and Torrance.

Today's economy calls for greater efficiency in all operations, including legal services. This program will examine how in-house counsel can manage their company's legal needs more efficiently to maximize value and minimize cost. Presenters at the six venues will discuss such topics as budget predictability, project management, standardization of staffing and outsourcing, innovative uses of technology and fixed fees for legal services, including Seyfarth Shaw's unique applications of the Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve collaboration, communication, and efficiencies in providing legal services.
