The South/Central Texas Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America has scheduled a pair of CLE seminars covering issues ranging from technology to employment law.
On Wednesday, March 7, the chapter is planning a program titled Legal Primer for Websites: T's and C's, Customer Agreements, Technology Service Providers, Commercial E-mails, and Insurance Issues. The session will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the San Antonio Plaza Club, San Antonio, and will feature Brett Schouest and Bart Huffman, Cox Smith Matthews, as speakers.
On Wednesday, April 11, the chapter is offering a labor and employment roundtable breakfast discussion titled The Internal Workings, Strategies and Agenda of the EEOC. The session will take place from 8 to 9 a.m. at the offices of Fulbright & Jaworski, 300 Convent Street, San Antonio. The featured speaker is Michael C. Fetzer, district director for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
