Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced that Silvia Menendez has joined the firm as a partner in the Finance Group in the Corporate Department, resident in London.

“We are delighted to welcome her to our growing London office.” Menendez has focused her practice on cross-border capital markets and banking and finance transactions. Her recent representations include, among others, Eroski on the refinancing of its senior financial debt; EQT-owned Lumos on its fiber-tothe-home infrastructure debt financing; Cinven on its acquisition of a majority stake in Amara NZero; and Solarpack Corporación Teconólogica S.A.U. on the structuring and negotiation of its first corporate financing facility.
Menendez earned a B.A. in Law and Business Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a LL.M. from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to practice in England, Wales, New York and Spain.
