SF Bar Will Probe Enforcement Of IP Rights

The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) is planning a CLE seminar titled Criminal Enforcement of IP Rights.

The program will take place on Wednesday, May 16 from noon to 1 p.m. at the BASF Conference Room, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco.

Statutes criminalize the violation of certain intellectual property rights. Panelists at this seminar will discuss what criminal statutes apply to IP rights, the essential elements to prove those violations, and the recent trends in criminal enforcement.

Speakers will be Jeffrey Hallam and Richard Nelson, both partners at the firm of Sideman & Bancroft LLP.
