The San Francisco Bar Association has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Recent Developments in Business Bankruptcy for Thursday, November 6, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center in San Francisco.
The topics that will be covered in this afternoon CLE program include automatic stay, executory contracts, property of the estate, professionals and committees, avoiding powers, sales and compromises, consumer cases, and Chapter 11 decisions of note. Light refreshments will be served.
The scheduled speakers are the Hon. Dennis Montali, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge; Ron Oliner, Duane Morris LLP; and Cecily Dumas, Friedman Dumas & Springwater LLP.
