SF Bar Schedules Trademark Seminar

The Nuts and Bolts of Trademark Law is the title of a CLE seminar planned for this month by the Bar Association of San Francisco.

The program is scheduled for Wednesday, April 25 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the CLE Auditorium, 465 California Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.

This popular annual presentation provides a comprehensive and occasionally idiosyncratic overview of trademark law. The speaker is Lawrence J. Siskind, a partner with Harvey Siskind LLP, an intellectual property transaction and litigation firm. His practice focuses on trademark litigation, and registration and transactional advice for both domestic and international trademarks.

For information on program fees and available CLE credits, see the Bulletin Board on The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel website at www.metrocorpcounsel.com.
