The Bar Association of San Francisco will discuss Chapter 13: Hot Topics in a seminar that runs from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Friday, August 26.
It will be held at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street in San Francisco. The speakers - judges and trustees - will cover the following topics: lien stripping issues and limitations, revised Chapter 13 calendar procedures, Chapter 13 loan modifications, the Chapter 13 repayment plan, and common Chapter 13 mistakes. Judges Roger L. Efremsky and Dennis Montali of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the Northern District of California, and trustees Martha Bronitsky and David Burchard will be speaking.
