Session Will Explore Collaborative Law

The State Bar of Texas will present its Collaborative Law Spring Conference 2008.

The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, February 28 and 29 at the Sheraton Austin Hotel, 701 East 11th Street, Austin, TX. Sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on day one and from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on day two.

Panelists will examine topics that will include: Training the Client to Negotiate in Interest-Based Negotiations; Ethical Considerations for the Collaborative Process; Managing Shadow Figures and Influencers; Top Ten Things I Wish I Had Known and Not Done; Property Agreements and Collaborative Law; Neutrality: Benefits and Challenges, and Collaborative Law: Fine Wine on a Beer Budget.

The course director is Scott Clarke, Clarke Divorce Financial Consultants.
