Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce that Christopher M. Rosselli has joined the firm as counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in the Atlanta office. Mr. Rosselli is a former deputy general counsel at Mohawk Industries, Inc., a Fortune 500 global flooring manufacturer, and a former corporate partner at an AmLaw50 law firm. He is an accomplished attorney with more than 20 years of experience in-house and in private practice.

Mr. Rosselli focuses his practice on advising clients in a variety of corporate matters, including corporate governance, strategic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, joint ventures and complex commercial contracts. He frequently serves his clients in an outside general counsel capacity regarding these and other matters. Mr. Rosselli understands matters from the client’s point of view, and he brings a practical approach to solving his client’s legal challenges.
