Seminar Will Tell Business Lawyers WhatThey Should Know About Insurance Coverage

Massachusetts CLE is planning a CLE seminar titled Insurance Coverage Explained for Business, Real Estate & General Counsel.

The program will take place on Wednesday, August 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.

Attendees will learn how to advise clients on a variety of issues. Speakers will discuss safeguarding against gaps in protection, counseling clients on various insurance options, presentation of claims and coverage for business operations (acquisitions, development, construction, lending and leasing). The program reviews basic property and liability insurance law for transactional and litigation attorneys, while addressing some of the hottest coverage issues confronting practitioners today.
