Seminar Will Review Wage-Hour Laws From The Government's Perspective

The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the firm of Jackson Lewis LLP will present a CLE seminar titled Seeing Wage and Hour Law Through the Eyes of the Department of Labor.

The program will take place on Wednesday, March 12 from 3:45 to 6 p.m. at the Club 101, 101 Park Avenue, New York City. Registration will begin at 3:30 p.m.

Paul DeCamp, a Jackson Lewis partner who until the end of 2007 served as administrator of the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division, will share the perspective he gained on these issues as the chief enforcer of the nation's wage and hour laws. Following his presentation, there will be a panel discussion with in-house counsel regarding the challenges facing employers in their efforts to comply.
