The Litigation Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) will present a CLE session titled Supreme Court Developments.
The program will take place on Tuesday, July 24 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.
Cases discussed will include those addressing the following issues: Construction Law, Civil Rights, Criminal Cases, and Other Important Cases From the Term.
Speakers will be Vikran Amar, Hastings College of Law, and Goodwin Liu, Boalt Hall School of Law.
