Seminar Will Review One-Action Rule, Anti-Deficiency Laws In CA

The Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) this month will present a CLE seminar titled California's One-Action Rule & Anti-Deficiency Laws: Still Around After All These Years.

The program will take place on Tuesday, January 16 from 7 to 8 p.m. at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles. Registration begins at 6 p.m.

This program will provide an overview of California's 'one action' and anti-deficiency laws. Dennis Arnold, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, will refresh the memories of those who experienced the last 'down' market in the mid-90s and introduce the topic to those who have only experienced the robust real estate market of the past 10 years. Mr. Arnold will also address recent developments that affect CCP sections 580d, 580a & 726.
