The firm of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is offering a CLE seminar Consumer Financial Services: Year in Review.
The program will take place on Tuesday, October 16 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Kelley Drye offices, 101 Park Avenue, New York City. A cocktail reception will follow.
Partners in Kelley Drye's Consumer and Merchant Financial Services Group will share insights and strategies on weathering the latest in consumer lending, fair credit, financial privacy and related issues for financial services clients ranging from banks and mortgage lenders to consumer finance businesses and online merchants.
Speakers also will take a look at the year's legal, regulatory and legislative developments, as well as look ahead to 2008.
The presenters will be Kelley Drye partners Joel Hewer and Donna L. Wilson.
