The Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) this month is planning a Complex Courts Seminar.
The program will take place on Saturday, December 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Southwestern University School of Law, 675 South Westmoreland Avenue, Los Angeles. Registration begins at 8 a.m.
The program will be an in-depth study of the Complex Courts of California and how litigators deal with procedures in the Complex Courts depart-ments.
Among the speakers are the Hon. Victoria Chaney, the Hon. Emilie H. Elias, the Hon. Peter D. Lichtman and the Hon. Anthony J. Mohr, all of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and Joe Helfrich, LexisNexis.
