Seminar Will Review Changes In Privacy And Security Rules

Privacy and Security is the title of a CLE seminar planned by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

The program will take place on Tuesday, November 27 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia, and on Wednesday, November 28 at the Marriott City Center, 112 Washington Place, Pittsburgh. Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Over the past few years the changes in consumer and corporate privacy and security have been staggering. From government enforcement issues to corporate liability for failure to protect information, privacy and security issues have become a serious minefield for attorneys in many areas of practice. This program, organized by two attorneys, one from a large firm and one in-house, will address some of those minefields and how to avoid them.

Discussion topics include: Corporate Liability; Employee Privacy; Technology Issues, and Legal Update.

Speakers will be Julie A. Coletti, Strategic Energy, Ltd., and Sandra A. Jeskie, Duane Morris, LLP.
