Seminar Will Review Changes In Colorado Real Estate Laws

The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) has scheduled a video replay of its 2007 Fall Real Estate Law Update.

The program will take place on Tuesday, November 27 from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the CBA-CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

The year 2007 has been one of the busiest for legislative changes to Colorado real estate laws. This program will show participants the critical aspects of new legislation in depth. Attendees will learn about the new mortgage broker law, the new lending fraud law, and new issues in Colorado's condominium law. In addition to the new statutes, participants will find out about the latest case law affecting real estate matters as well as the 2006 ALTA title insurance policy.
