Seminar Will Review Basics Of Discovery

Fundamentals of Effective Discovery is the title of a CLE seminar planned for early next month by the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA).

The program will take place on Thursday, February 1 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the MBA Conference Center, 20 West Street, Boston.

Geared toward attorneys with little or no experience, this basic seminar will provide practice tips and pointers for litigation attorneys seeking an overview of formal discovery techniques. Attendees will learn how to implement a strategic discovery plan and utilize discovery methods that will allow them to obtain information they need to successfully position themselves for trial or settlement.
