Seminar Will Review Bankruptcy Reforms

The Colorado Bar Association this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Life After Bankruptcy Reform.

The program will take place on Friday, March 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the CBA-CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver. Video replays of the seminar are scheduled for Wednesday, April 4 in Denver, Colorado Springs and Grand Junction.

Highlights of the program include: Practice Tips for Dealing With Procedural Changes; Consumer and Commercial Case Law Updates; Chapters 7, 11 and 13 Updates; Ethics, and An Interactive Forum With Bankruptcy Judges.

Among the speakers are the Hon. Sidney B. Brooks and the Hon. Elizabeth E. Brown, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado; Charlie McVay, U.S. Trustee for the District of Colorado, and Leo M. Weiss, Office of the U.S. Trustee for the District of Colorado.
