The State Bar of Texas this month will present a CLE seminar titled Agricultural Law Course 2007.
The program will take place on Friday, May 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, TX. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m.
Speakers will address topics such as: Immigration Law Issues for Ranchers and Farmers; Current Issues in Wind Energy Law; Water Law; Landowners' Rights; Legislative Update, and Resolving Disputes With the USDA.
Course directors are David K. Waggoner, The Waggoner Law Firm, and Brian D. Shannon, Texas Tech University School of Law.
