Seminar Will Review Accounting Rules

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) is offering a CLE seminar titled Impact of FIN 48 on Publicly & Privately Owned Businesses in two locations.

The program will take place on Monday, September 27 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia, and on Thursday, September 24, Koppers Building, 436 Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh.

This PBI program will evaluate the principles and applicable rules of FIN 48, the continued relevance and interaction with Circular 230, and the intersection of such rules on the IRS' ability to audit and challenge tax return positions.
