Seminar Will Outline Colorado Ethics Changes

The Colorado Bar Association is planning a CLE program on amendments to the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct titled The New Ethics Rules.

The program will take place on Wednesday, June 27 from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the CLECI Large Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver. The program will be repeated at the same time and location on Friday, July 6.

The seminar will examine several major substantive revisions to Colorado's ethics rules, fees and expenses, conflicts of interest (responsibilities of lawyers and non-lawyer assistants), law of related activities, advertising and contact with prospective clients, and misconduct and disciplinary matters.

The presenters, all of whom have served on the Court's Standing Committee's Rules Subcommittee for several years,include Michael H. Berger, Koff Corn & Berger PC; Marcy G. Glenn, Holland & Hart LLP, and David C. Little, Montgomery Little Soran & Murray PC.
