The Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America on Tuesday, April 20 has scheduled a seminar titled Corporate Counsel as Witness: The Avoidable and Unavoidable Scenarios Exposing In-House Counsel to Depositions.
The primary focus of this presentation will be the scope and limits of the attorney-client privilege as a means of insulating in-house counsel from becoming fact witnesses.
Speakers for the program are to be announced.
The session will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Metropolitan Ballroom and Clubroom, 5416 Wayzata Boulevard, St. Louis Park, MN. Members are encouraged to invite their nonmember colleagues.
